How to enquire about a property
Each property page has an Agent's header. The header itself may contain contact details but full current contact details for an agent can always be found by clicking on the header. If there is an agent's footer on the page, this too will link to the contacts page for that agent. In addition, most property pages also have an email link in the top right corner, just under the photo.
Clicking this link will open a form to send an email direct to the agent handling that property. The property name and reference numbers will already be filled in for you. This is the easiest way to get further information. While we will always try to help out with any queries you may have, we do not have any further information about any of the properties on this system. Only the agent handling that property can answer questions you may have about it.

Guide prices

If the agent has given us a guide price for a property, this will always be indicated. If he has not, the price will be marked as 'Refer to Agent' or POA (price on application). If you need to know the guide price for a property, the only way to get it is to contact the Agent.
